RECOMENDATIONS
- Plan your route taking into account the distance, the slope and the difficulty.
- Start with green and blue routes, evolving to red and black routes when you have a more refined technique.

TECHNIQUE
- The poles should have a diagonal position.
- The foot that steps forward does so at the same time as the opposite hand.
- Fully support the foot from heel to toe.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed.
- Keep your eyes up and your back straight.
- Do not grip the poles too tightly.
- When you finish pushing with the baton, open the palm of your hand and lift the baton quickly upwards.
